THE PRACTICE
From Attention
to Form
What we repeatedly attend to gains presence within our inner field.
Blooming Circle invites participants to experience attention as a creative force.
Beginning from a center, colors, gestures, symbols, and recurring forms gather into a personal mandala— a visible record of how awareness brings separate elements into relationship.
Each mandala arises individually, yet it is created within a shared medium—
a collective field shaped by the presence and expression of everyone in the circle.

I. Arrive at the center
Settle through breath and sensory awareness, returning attention to the body and the present moment.

II. Release
Draw freely without pursuing a predetermined image. Allow color, gesture, and intuition to reveal what is asking for attention.

III. Meet the Underlying Pattern
Introduce circular or sacred geometry as a living structure. Notice how separate marks begin to meet, repeat, and form relationships.

VI. Emerge & Integrate
Respond to what has emerged by adding, refining, and connecting. Allow the mandala to become a visible field in which individuality & coherence can coexist.
